Pediatric Cardiology Erasmus IP From Sound to Ultrasound

Which costs can be covered?

Up to 5 students from each of the participating institutions are invited to attend the Intensive Programme.

The selected students will be partially reimbursed for their travel and accommodation expenses.

Travel costs will be accounted for on the basis of the real costs incurred (boarding passes and receipts, including those for the return trip must be kept and forwarded to the secretariat of the IP, otherwise students will be asked to pay their own tickets).
Reimbursement of travel cost is limited to 90% of real cost per person (provided that all boarding passes and receipts are forwarded).
A maximum of 550 E for travel costs will be covered for students traveling from Germany and Austria, 400 E for students traveling from Turkey and 350 E for students traveling from Ioannina.

Accommodation and subsistence costs for students correspond to 20 E daily, for a 2-week-period. Accommodation, and meals  are planned to be organized centrally by the Coordinator Institution in order to achieve the lowest possible price at reasonable accommodation settings. In case of lack of any accommodation availability at the above cost, students might have to cover any price difference from the cheapest available accommodation option. Although in the previous two PCIP courses we have received  accommodation offers within the available for students budget, we cannot guarantee that this will be the case in this course as well. Final information will be available only after public announcement and selection of the cheapest accommodation option, according to the rules of University of Crete, will have been completed.

Further optional weekend activities (including cultural events, excursions) will be provided  at the lowest possible cost. Final details will be available shortly before the PCIP.
